The design concept stems from the need to create new structures suitable for new generations, who no longer require large spaces for big families but need human-scale spaces that can adapt to the changes of modern life, at an affordable price. Therefore, the aim was to create a residential complex that, despite the simplicity of the interior solutions, would have the ability to attract and revitalize the area in which it is located when viewed from the outside. An architecture characterized by the irregularity of openings in the verandas and porticos that open onto the Molentargius Park and the Poetto beach, a project that is always in motion and never boring.
